a week agoThe height of rudeness, from the nurses to Dr. Ola to the head of the ICU, Heba Hamdy. In their eyes, you're just a case that brings in money. My 3-year-old son was brought into the ER unconscious, and the pediatrician was joking around with the nurses (I told you, I have a feeling something terrible is coming up, and she was laughing). We were crying about my son's condition, and she was just joking. The amount of infuriating responses and their inability to stand the patients made you feel like you're the one trying to calm them down, not the other way around. And it's incredibly expensive for nothing.I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

a week agoA very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hospital. We chose this hospital based on our doctor's recommendation and our trust in its advertised service quality, but the reality was extremely disappointing. Initially, the patient was placed in a completely unsuitable room that did not meet the required standards for receiving patients. He was only moved to a better room after a formal complaint was filed. After the surgery, the patient was left in the recovery room for over an hour without any explanation. After inquiring several times, the answer was that the patient elevator was out of order. Even more shocking, the patient was transported in a wheelchair using an unsuitable elevator, despite the fact that the surgery involved the nose and head, a condition that necessitates transporting the patient safely and in a suitable position to ensure his well-being.What happened reflects a weakness in the management of basic services and a lack of sufficient concern for patient comfort and safety. A truly disheartening experience, and I hope the hospital administration will review its procedures and improve the level of service urgently.A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hospital. We chose this hospital based on our doctor's recommendation and the reputation of its service quality. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. The patient was initially placed in a very poor room that was not suitable for proper patient care. Only after submitting a complaint was the patient moved to a better room. After surgery, the patient was left in the recovery room for more than an hour without any clear explanation. When we repeatedly asked about the delay, we were informed that the patient transport elevator was out of service. Even more concerning, the patient was transferred in a wheelchair using an unsuitable elevator, despite having undergone surgery in the nose/head area, where safe transportation and proper positioning are critical. This raises serious concerns about patient safety, operational standards, and the overall quality of care. The hospital management should urgently review these issues and improve its services to ensure patients receive the standard of care they deserve.
