in the last weekOne of the worst gyms you can think of, the space and facilities condition does not worth the price. On top, you are met with an extremely disrespectful sales members who knows nothing about costumer service and decorum, (especially a giant commission seeker named Karim). I was lucky enough to sign up with Gold's elite at the Katameya heights. Despite them calling me 1000 times and everytime I tell them I am already enrolled with the company, they do not understand or stop calling until I had to block their number, just to realise that they are not the same owners, it differs from a place to place.Word of advice to the owner if they ever cared, work on your staff and don't hire kids with no experience, and do make sure to give them a proper training in how to deal with customers, I'm luck to not have to deal with your staff, but I have my own people who have to bear your poor staff attitude for the next 11 months until they can move on to a different gym, and all because of your made up 3 days no refund policy, which does not exist even at the gold's gym egypt website (30 days or 14 days, consumer rights to cancel and refund), which shows how poorly your business is doing, an absolute scam!

a week agoTerrible experience overall, bad and greedy salesman (his name was Maher), and staff in general. The personal trainers are just looking for money without being honest about their service. I had a personal trainer that used to not give any care or consideration to our training, and had a really bad communication, doesn't answer questions directly, always avoid talking, and he always seemed bothered for no reason. He tells me to do any kind of exercise without anycare about my form or the intensity just so he can go back to talking with other girls, he spends most of his time talking with girls. (His name was صبره) Truly a terrible experience. It's not worth the price at all.

a week agoI paid 1100 EGP for the day pass (felt overpriced), but the sad thing is that the pool was on maintenance, which is why i went to this branch. Otherwise, a nice experience.
