Everyone showed so much patience, kindness, humor, and reassurance that everything would be okay. Being in a difficult and vulnerable situation, it meant a great deal to be surrounded by such warm and caring people.We were looked after incredibly well and completely “patched up” so that we were able to make it to the airport in time for our flight.Thank you all for everything—you made a very difficult experience much easier and we will never forget your care and support.

The service from all the staff was very friendly, professional, and exceptionally courteous around the clock.My experience was entirely positive, and I can highly recommend this medical facility to any traveler in Hurghada.

6 months agoAvoid this clinic. While the medical service itself was acceptable, the pricing is highly misleading and lacks transparency. I was clearly told the visit would cost €80, yet I was later charged €390 for a simple consultation, a basic blood test, and antibiotics for my son, who only had a minor infection.The medication alone costs around 250 EGP, making the total charge even more unreasonable. When I requested an itemized invoice, the clinic refused and provided only a lump-sum total. This lack of transparency is very concerning and unacceptable.
