a month agoThis is the worst gym anyone can go to, and honestly, the trainers are completely useless, the equipment is terrible, the weights have no relation to reality, and the system is nonexistent. I swear, I went there one day and I'll never go back again.

2 months agoHonestly, this is the worst treatment I've ever seen. You become a customer, get sick, submit a medical report for a package that hasn't even been opened for a single day, and then they open it and finish it. Then they ask for a report, take it, and even though you were genuinely sick, they compensate you for half the time—basically, you're being punished for being sick! And your money is lost. Honestly, from my experience as a marketer, having worked with every company, the customer is their number one priority; it's their livelihood. They want to win them over, not have management tell them, "This is the system: I'll scam you and steal your money, and you should be grateful I even got you your money back." I absolutely do not recommend Max Gym as a company to deal with. They only care about how to scam their customers.
