a year agoWell run small gym with good equipment for gym training. They have some good machines for cardio also even if i didnt use them. Open til late. AC. Cost 100 egyptian pounds per person and day (2025). Dont expect supernew latest stylish machines and studiofeeling. This is a good gym for building muscle. I was training here on my vacation. Good respectful atmosphere among gymgoers too.
