Jasmine hospital

We would like to thank the staff of Jasmine Hospital for the care and humane approach of the entire staff in treating our daughter during her vacation at the Ali Baba resort. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Thank you and wish you all the best.

I was in Jasmine Hospital last Sunday, 24.5.26 because of a throat infection. The doctor was rude, making fun on my voice, saying it would ‘’sound like AI’’, when i’ve had a throat infection and pain speaking. He tried to sell me too many overpriced treatments that weren’t even necessary for me, just trying to get more money out of me. I told him I don’t want to pay extra, when i’ve already paid 500egp for the medical examination, asking for antibiotics to be perscribed. He was hesitant about perscribing me the regular medicine that’s needed, when it’s a total normal practice to get antibiotics for an infection. Some nurses were smiling at me as if they’re trying to flirt. I’ve been in other hotel hospitals in Hurghada before but never had such a bad experience.

The hospital has been very good with both our kids when they contracted a local bacteria. They were professional, thoughtful, empathic and have taken very good care of them, I cannot recommend them enough.

When i was at ali baba hotel i was running near the outside entrance eith my friend and i fell down and i hit my head bad,so i got taken to the jasmine hospital,the staff were very nice,and i got scared,but i calmed doen i had to get stitches and i was scared but i took a syringe that would make me feel no pain and they did the stitches and i felt better very good treatment and very fast treatment, im recommending this hospital no questions asked.

After our daughter lost consciousness whilst we were staying at Aladdin beach resort we were taken to Jasmine hospital. They got her seen and ran tests (bloods and chest X-ray and blood sugar levels) and they started her on an IV of fluids. After the tests we were told she had a respiratory infection and was advised to stay overnight so with treatment it would bring her inflammation markers down. I was so scared not only seeing my daughter like that but being in a new country we had never been to before. We didn’t need to worry. My daughter’s lovely nurse Amina was just incredible! So patient and caring and always making sure that we were ok aswell as my daughter. We had a few issues with our insurance trying to contact them (our end nothing to do with the hospital) the hospital receptionist went above and beyond to help us sort this out and didn’t push us whilst we were dealing with our daughter. A very special Thankyou to Amina, Kristina, Hanan & dr Hossam ❤️ if unfortunately you need medical care whilst in Hurghada, please don’t worry! You will be very well looked after! We are forever thankful for the wonderful humans who made our daughter better ❤️
