Reef Oasis Dive Club – Blue Bay

I have mixed feelings about this dive club.Firstly, Cristina and Hany Soltan from the instructor team are exceptionally kind, professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Nasser from the sales team is also very helpful and customer-oriented. If you visit the club, I would strongly recommend working with them.That said, there are a few aspects that detracted from my overall experience. The frequent changes of instructors between sessions and dives made it difficult to build continuity and rapport. In diving, trust and familiarity with an instructor can be an important part of the learning experience.Post note: We only had one request for change for an instructor. They changed it literally every day for 5 days, we had 5 or 6 different instructors.I also observed some inconsistency in the level of customer service. For example, on one day I was offered tea without asking. The following day, when I was feeling unwell and asked whether I could have a black tea at around 07:30, I was told to go to the bar because "this is a dive club".While this may seem like a small issue, it contributed to a feeling that customer care depended on the day and the person involved.One particular incident had the greatest impact on my rating.On a boat diving day, I unexpectedly felt sick in the morning. I asked whether I could postpone my dive until later in the day, around 11:00 or after lunch, when other divers were already scheduled to dive and the boat would already be at sea. Instead, I received a careless and rigid no, without any decent explanation, except for getting things done asap. It was also made clear that I would lose my momey if I don’t dive immediately at the first session.I found the response inflexible and not solution-oriented. Given the circumstances, I had hoped for a more accommodating approach.Post-note: The dive postponement could be easily managed, I have advanced licence and the other divers were English speakers. So, organisational hurdles are simply incorrect. The guy at the boat was simply too rude because we already paid. So, customer service and satisfaction ended.In terms of overall value and customer experience, I personally had a better experience with Pyramids Diving Center (Rixos or Steigenberger - the best hotels work with them).Definitely recommend them over these guys.

Excellent facility, mostly Russian guests. A small percentage of Italians through the Valtur tour operator. Impeccable service and staff. Good food, as is the cleanliness throughout the entire resort. The coral reef is excellent for snorkeling, with access to the sea via a sturdy platform. The resort has an on-site diving center.

The Reef Oasis Dive Club is highly professionally organized. Check-in, equipment distribution, and daily boat operations run absolutely smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently. The reefs offer an impressive diversity of marine life, and all equipment is modern and impeccably maintained.This dive center is the perfect choice, especially for Germans who want to get certified but are concerned about potential language barriers or anxieties about courses taught entirely in English. Instructor Aymen is an absolutely top-notch instructor. He speaks fluent German and exudes an exceptional calmness that is second to none. We had several dives with him to depths of 18 and 30 meters. Each time, it meant complete relaxation underwater. When the instructor embodies this composure, it's immediately contagious for the recreational divers. We wholeheartedly recommend this dive center to anyone who values ​​structure, safety, and first-class, German-speaking support. Thank you, Aymen!
