a week agoMy overall experience was good in many ways, but there was a clear problem with customer service, specifically WhatsApp and subscription renewal follow-up. If it weren't for Ms. Jihad Ismail and her prompt follow-up and responses, I would likely have faced difficulties with matters that didn't require a visit to the center. I also want to thank Dr. Mona Abu El-Ghar for her advice and the care I felt during my visit.
