in the last weekWe recently stayed at this hotel (room 1026) from September 21st to September 27th. From the moment we checked in, we experienced a high level of service and warm hospitality from Executive Assistant Manager HASHIM LOTFY. It's clear she genuinely loves her job and cares about her guests' comfort. I'd also like to highlight the quality of housekeeping: the room was kept spotlessly clean every day. The bed linens, towels, and bathroom were all top-notch, flawless, and of course, we can't help but appreciate the works of art created from towels by our cleaning assistant, Al Hussein MaHmoud! We would be happy to recommend this hotel to our friends and colleagues!

in the last weekwould like to thank the whole hotel team for making my stay so wonderful! ❤️ Everything was perfect: the food was delicious, the organization was great, the service was excellent, and the cleanliness was outstanding. I really loved the friendly, smiling faces everywhere, as well as all the activities and sports that made every day so enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud safwat, who always makes sure that everything is clean, organized, and in its right place. His attention to detail and dedication truly make a difference! These were honestly some of the best days I have ever spent, and I will always remember this beautiful experience. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable and welcome. I hope to come back and visit you again very soon. Until next time! ❤️✨A big warm greeting from Algeria! 🇩🇿❤️

in the last weekXanadu.
