MISR HOSPITAL

I was hospitalized at this hospital for 13 days. I essentially spent more time there than at the hotel where I was supposed to be vacationing. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, I found a competent team that saved my foot. The staff was highly qualified—from the nurses, who showed immense patience and dedication, to the excellent, incredibly kind, and ever-smiling doctors; the guest relations team (Giada❤️, Daniela, Daniel, and Alexia), whose psychological and organizational support was invaluable; and the reception and housekeeping staff, whose smiles and friendly words made my stay much more bearable. Thank you all for everything you gave me—each in your own way. You will always hold a special place in my heart.If you ever need care, you can put your trust in them with confidence—you won't regret it! P.S. Always get travel insurance, because the unexpected is always just around the corner.

I was admitted to this hospital for 3 nights due to an infection and I honestly couldn't thank Dr Ahmed and the team enough. They were very thorough in their investigations, quick to act and extremely efficient. They handled most of my insurance which took a huge weight off and everything was explained to me well. The hospital was clean and I had my own room, when I left the hospital I was sent home with medication. Upon returning to the UK I went straight to my local hospital who reviewed my notes, medication & checked me over and said they would have done everything the same.Big shout out to Daniel as well who really did make the experience seamless.Thanks again!

Excellent experience. I went to the hospital in Sharm El Sheikh for a foot injury and had to have x-rays. The wait times were very short, and the staff was kind and professional. The service was efficient and well-organized. Thanks to all the staff.
