We offer sincere thanks and appreciation to the administration and all the medical staff at the Egyptian Hospital (Sharm al-Sheikh, the Republic of Egypt) for the high level of medical care organization, high professionalism, and great attention to patients. During our stay in Egypt for the purpose of tourism, an unexpected emergency occurred, where the wife's health suddenly deteriorated, accompanied by a severe rise in temperature and acute pain. And therefore, we are forced to pay attention to this hospital, which cooperates with the insurance company that we purchased as part of the travel package. We offer special thanks to Dr. Ahmed Qazamal for his high professionalism, quick decision-making, and great attention to the patient. Thanks to his expertise and careful procedures, the patient's condition was established, the pain was alleviated, and the necessary treatment was provided at the right time. We would also like to express our great appreciation to all the medical staff at the hospital. They were on a high level of attention, kindness, and responsibility, and they carried out all the doctor's instructions accurately, treated the patient with respect and understanding, and responded to all complaints quickly and efficiently. We also appreciate the high level of diagnostic and therapeutic services, including comprehensive examinations, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and intravenous fluid therapy, as well as providing continuous medical care around the clock. A special room was provided for the patient with 24-hour medical follow-up, which provided comfort and safety during the treatment period. We express special gratitude to Dr. Ahmed Kazamel for his high professionalism, promptness in decision-making and attentive attitude to the patient. Thanks to his qualified actions, the patient's condition was stabilized in a timely manner, acute pain syndrome was relieved and the necessary treatment was provided. We would like to separately note the work of all the medical staff of the hospital. Medical workers were extremely attentive, responsive and responsible, clearly carried out all doctor's appointments, treated the patient with respect and understanding. They responded to all complaints promptly, providing timely assistance and support. We also note the high level of diagnostic and treatment services, including a comprehensive examination, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), infusion therapy (droppers) and ensuring continuous medical supervision. The patient was provided with a separate ward with round-the-clock (24/7) support by medical staff, which ensured proper conditions of stay, safety and comfort during treatment. As a result of the assistance provided, a significant improvement in health is observed. We also express our gratitude for the recommendations and medications provided for the further completion of the course of treatment. We note the high level of service, clear organization of work and attentive attitude to patients by all hospital staff. Don't use this hospital! They will tell you lies to gain your trust and will charge you for a service which they will not provide. They will only give you everything if you have insurance, obviously because they will just charge the insurance company whatever they want.
