The best center, trustworthy, and based on my experience, Dr. Fares is the epitome of knowledge and ethics.

The worst experience ever. The center is terrible and inexperienced; all they care about is money. They caused me terrible problems. First, the treatment messed up my hormones, causing a strange weight gain of about 10 kilos. This is in addition to irregular periods, inflammation, cysts on my ovaries, and terrible bleeding, not to mention the constant pain. All of this is due to the treatment and egg retrieval. May God punish them! I went because I was having trouble conceiving and getting older. Dr. Fares examined me and said I had a fibroid, but the only important thing was an ovarian reserve test. I explained that my husband had a problem, so I went to see if I also had a problem that might be preventing me from conceiving and what the solution was. He suggested IVF without any attempt at natural conception or any treatment before prescribing the awful injections that ruined me afterward. I had been pregnant before going to him, but it ended in miscarriage, and I haven't been able to conceive since. I went to find out the reason and follow up to try for a natural pregnancy, but unfortunately, they tricked us and we went along with it, charging a different amount for each visit. And no doctor explained the costs or treatment protocol. Then there was Dr. Mohamed Salah; you ask him a question like I'm begging for something. I swear to God, he embarrassed me in front of everyone, including the nurses. I won't forgive him for the money I paid. He didn't do my request to freeze my eggs, even though I contacted the lab and told them they freeze eggs until my husband's condition improves. What they did was inject the eggs, but the division failed, and they charged me over 26,000 Egyptian pounds just for the egg retrieval, not including the examination, follow-up, and treatment. The treatment consisted of injections that caused me to gain a lot of weight, and I was bloated and in pain. I went to the doctor, and he told me it was normal. The treatment cost over 15,000 Egyptian pounds, and freezing my husband's sample cost 3,200 Egyptian pounds. So we spent over 50,000 Egyptian pounds on nothing. Even after the division failed, there should be follow-up from the doctor in case of cysts, bleeding, or infection. All that happened was that after the procedure, I was screaming for someone to come. I was given a painkiller, and the important thing was to leave. I didn't even last 15 minutes after waking up from the anesthesia. He told me to get out so I could see the doctor. People who think they understand, the doctor should come down to my room, check on me, give me the prescription, and explain his instructions. He shouldn't just sit in his office while I wait in agony until the secretary calls, writing the prescription and leaving. There's no follow-up, no "come back" to check my uterus after this mess, and no reassurance that the surgery and treatment might cause any complications. I will not forgive you for the money you took. May God hold you accountable. I will continue to pray that God does not bless the money you took for nothing. I wanted to write about you on Facebook so people would know the truth, but I know anyone who writes about you will be blocked.

I went to him to determine the sex of my baby, and he told me to do an egg retrieval this month, to retrieve 20 eggs. He said that intercourse only happened with 13, and 8 of them were unsuitable, resulting in 5 girls. He's not trustworthy at all and assumes everything is by the will of God and fate. I can't imagine how much I suffered, or the physical exhaustion from the hormone injections. Honestly, I swear to God, he's a man whose only concern is money.
