a week agoVery disappointing experience and definitely not worth the high prices. The service was extremely slow, even for simple requests such as getting ice. There was also a mistake in our order, and instead of acknowledging the error and apologizing, the staff chose to deny it and provide misleading explanations.Throughout our visit, we felt ignored and undervalued as customers. For a place that charges premium prices, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service.Overall, the prices are far too high for the quality of service provided. I would not recommend this place and will not be visiting again.

a week agoI have visited this restaurant many times before, so this review is based on a genuinely disappointing experience, not a one-time expectation. We visited in the morning, and the restaurant was almost empty, so there was no busy rush that could justify what happened. We ordered two pizzas and two Cokes, but only one pizza and one Coke arrived. When we told the staff that we were still waiting for the second pizza and second Coke, we were repeatedly told that we had only ordered one of each, even though we were absolutely certain of our order. We eventually had to order them again and wait even longer. To make matters worse, the Coke was served long before the food, so by the time we started eating, all the ice had melted. Every time we asked for more ice, it took an unnecessarily long time to arrive. The food itself took an extremely long time to be prepared, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. What made the experience even more frustrating was the staff's attitude. Instead of checking the order or acknowledging that a mistake might have happened, they simply insisted that we hadn't ordered the missing items. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation. For a well-known tourist restaurant where paying around EGP 900 for two pizzas and soft drinks is considered normal, I expected a much higher standard of service. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standard I used to expect from this place. I truly hope the management takes customer service more seriously because this is not the experience anyone should have at a restaurant of this level.
