in the last weekI gave it a full rating because Dr. Mohamed Ali Ragab's manner and treatment of us were extremely polite and ethical. I recommend him to any patient. The nurses were also wonderful, and some of the secretaries were good. However, the hospital's drawback is that they don't provide WhatsApp numbers for doctors so I can contact them from outside Egypt. For example, in Yemen, gynecologists prescribe medication, and we would like to consult with doctors at Adam Hospital, but we can't. I wish there were contact numbers available.

in the last weekThe treatment was terrible. All they care about is money. There's absolutely no consideration for their feelings or any respect. You practically have to pay for even a smile. I have a feeling they're complete scammers.

in the last weekThis experience is still ongoing, and there's hope things will improve and the mistakes will be rectified, despite the obvious shortcomings, the weak follow-up from the andrology consultant, and the lack of attention to complaints. Regarding the lab, I had a semen analysis done a week ago, specifically on July 6th. The andrologist asked me to freeze a sample for IVF. After checking with reception, I was informed that I had one of the first available appointments for testing and freezing the sample on Monday, July 13th. I arrived on Monday, July 13th, at 4 PM, as scheduled, after waiting for three days. After the sample was taken, tested, and the lab agreed to pay the freezing fees into the accounts and filled out a declaration authorizing my wife to use the sample for IVF, the andrology lab receptionist asked me to go to the second building to have a blood sample taken for viruses. After the virus sample was taken, the surprise came: the semen sample was unsuitable for freezing, the stock was low, and I had to provide another sample immediately or schedule a new semen analysis and sample collection day, claiming the count was low and the stock needed to be increased. It's worth noting that the total count in the first test was 48 million, and the abnormalities were within the normal range. In fact, 330 Egyptian pounds were recovered out of a total of 3480, taking into account the 200 Egyptian pound virus sample.
