I contacted Dr. Bassam via WhatsApp and shared my blood test results, seeking a professional opinion before traveling to Egypt to begin treatment. Unfortunately, his response was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. He offered no clear diagnosis or explanation, and the communication lacked basic courtesy. At one point, he stated, "I am frustrated with your case," which I found highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially as I was only trying to get help. I sincerely hope future patients are met with more respect, empathy, and professionalism.

"After three unsuccessful IVF attempts with this doctor, my wife and I were deeply disappointed by both the results and the overall experience. While the doctor emphasizes religious values and compassionate care, we encountered a lack of empathy and professionalism during our journey. Despite repeated efforts, there was little meaningful support or concern for our emotional and financial investment. Unfortunately, our trust was eroded by the dismissive attitude and what felt like a prioritization of profit over patient care. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend his services to others seeking fertility treatment.

This dr bassam is so rude he treats people bad i talk to him wats up to know where his clinic is i was not expecting him to be so rude for just asking him questions but i thank god everyday after that not to spend my money on his clinic i have all the massage he sent to me as a prove
