2 months agoVery bad experience at the reception desk Unfortunately, my experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing because of the receptionist’s attitude. She was rude and unprofessional, and she refused to give me my prescription, saying: “If you hadn’t paid for the consultation, I wouldn’t have allowed the doctor to see you.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare environment. Patients come for treatment, not to be treated disrespectfully. I hope the hospital management takes this seriously and improves the behavior and training of front desk staff
