in the last weekNot-so amazing service (usually it’s amazing, so this experience is unusual) I’ve come here every summer since I’ve been a child. But this time while booking the reservation, we stayed up for hours on the phone, and upon answering, they told us they had no room and were fully booked till September (note, every year they’re supposed to have a room ready for members). We threatened to cause a problem, and they ended up giving us TWO rooms, and not ground-level chalets, two ROOM rooms. But we were planning on going early July, and now we have to go early SEPTEMBER, right before SCHOOL! And if the owner is reading this, please, the spot in-front of Carrefour, there’s a small area that goes down. Please level it out because I couldn’t walk for months after falling off of my skateboard. I will be posting or editing this review when we go. Note: nothing happened before this time, their service had been spectacular since we’ve started going.
