in the last weekI deeply regret booking this hotel, and I haven't even stayed there yet.I wish I had read more reviews before making the reservation.I had some questions about my reservation, but despite sending emails through the booking site, I never received any response. Even when I contacted the hotel directly, it took them more than a week to reply.To make matters worse, they told me they could not answer my questions by email and asked me to contact them via WhatsApp instead.Does this mean that if I request an airport transfer on the day of arrival, I will end up waiting because they are so difficult to reach?I've also read reviews mentioning poor cleanliness and broken shower drains that cause water to overflow.Honestly, I no longer want to stay at this hotel.Since the booking is non-refundable, I have no choice but to keep the reservation. However, I will post another review after my stay and share my actual experience.
