a week agoThe location from the Marriott app is incorrect.Checked in about 6:30pm. Was told breakfast was included in my stay. Asked for points instead and was told the don’t do that, has to be breakfast. Asked if breakfast would be ready at 5am when I have to leave for the airport. Nope.Was told the hotel bar was open until 10. Go to the bar At 8:45, it’s open, step outside to make a call, return at 9 and the bar is closed up.So, they charge a destination fee that I can’t use for anything, force a breakfast they don’t make available, and close amenities prior to the listed times. What am I paying for again?Should have just stayed at the Westin down the road.

2 weeks agoStayed one night here after a conference nearby. It was the perfect choice. Quaint, quiet, and the staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. My room was on the top floor, very clean, could open the window and enjoy breeze. And very walkable to the area. I absolutely enjoyed it, and every staff member I encountered made the hotel even more enjoyable.Will be back!

From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making both new and returning guests feel welcome. When I discovered that three of my employees’ reservations had been unexpectedly canceled during a busy corporate travel week, Monique immediately took action—rebooking one room and even helping me secure accommodations at a nearby hotel when The Morrison was fully booked. She handled everything seamlessly while assisting other guests and managing calls, truly going above and beyond. As a Human Resources Manager, I recognize exceptional service, and because of Monique, we will absolutely continue booking The Morrison for our corporate lodging needs.

4 weeks agoNot exactly the easiest place to find late at night or to check in after 9pm. However, after lugging all 5 of our bags up the stairs to the entrance, it was 5-star service from there.
