One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had was joining this gym because of the sales team. Every salesperson gives you a different price and tells you something completely different from the others. First, they sent me one price for one month and another price for three months. Then they told me that once I paid for the one-month membership, I would be able to upgrade it later. But then the prices changed—once, twice, three times. Every salesperson had a completely different story. Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend anyone to sign up with them because they keep changing what they say and are not committed to the offers and information they give customers, apparently just to hit their sales targets. The salesperson closes the target by getting you to sign up for one month, then tells you that you can upgrade to three months, six months, or even a full year. Later, you find out that there is actually no upgrade option except for the one-year membership. On top of that, the prices and numbers keep changing. Nothing is clearly written or officially confirmed. Most of the promises are just verbal, and later you are told, “I never said that,” or the terms are changed completely. This was honestly one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend dealing with them. To be fair, the coaches there are respectful, professional, and very good. My issue is specifically with the sales team. I strongly believe management needs to intervene and make serious changes, because customers deserve clear, consistent, and transparent information—not different prices and promises depending on which salesperson they speak to.
