2 weeks agoBeautiful, comfortable, and safe hotel apartments. Honestly, besides the excellent location, everything is easily accessible. I stayed there for two periods of three weeks each time. It's officially rated three stars, but I felt it was exactly the same standard as a five-star hotel. Since I like dealing with smiling people, I would ask Shaimaa to clean the rooms, and I'd come back to find them as clean as if I'd just entered them for the first time. And I can't forget the lovely receptionists, Sarah and Aya, and their beautiful smiles, and also Amr.

3 weeks agoA wonderful hotel in every sense. Clean, tidy, well-maintained, and the staff very polite and attentive. The location is simply superb, making it easy to get anywhere. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away. It's very quiet, which is a huge and rare plus in crazy Cairo. If you're traveling to Cairo with your family, you've found the perfect option with a great price-quality ratio. The apartments are very comfortable, and the functional kitchen is equipped with a huge refrigerator, kettle, stove, and dishes. The fact that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant is certainly inconvenient, but it's only a matter of time. Overall, I highly recommend it. P.S. A huge thank you to the receptionists for their loyalty, understanding, and friendly attitude. As promised, we will definitely be back.

3 weeks agoIn the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. On the occasion of our departure from the Side Park Hotel, I extend my thanks and gratitude to all the staff for the hospitality and warmth we experienced. We wish them success and prosperity, and we hope this will be our final destination when we return to Egypt, our second home. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
