The reception staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They hang up on people on the phone, their behavior is bizarre, and there's absolutely no sense of responsibility. You can stand in front of a receptionist and they won't respond at all. If you have a follow-up appointment, no one will confirm it or answer the phone. So, the alternative is to leave your house and take a chance on a doctor who's either canceled or showing up, and then you have a whole day of waiting ahead of you... Honestly, it's the height of absurdity.

I had an appointment with Dr. Muhamed Yahya, but the receptionist was extremely rude and insisted that I didn’t have one — even though it was properly booked even I confirmed it 24 hours before my appointment with the call centre. This is the second time this has happened. The level of unprofessionalism at the front desk is unacceptable and makes it very difficult for patients to trust the clinic’s organization. Dr. Muhamed Yahya may be good, but the staff’s attitude and lack of coordination really damage the overall experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

The reception is awful and they insult people when you ask them questions more than once. There's no system and they're honestly the worst people. The reception staff are the most rude.

So my experience was with dr Mohamed Yahia ,in the professional way he is good ,but the place looks more like a market than a hospital,my appointment was at 12:30 ,I was waiting for an hour and admin told me “sorry doctor started late today it's 10 more people before you “ I just took my money back and left ! If doctor is late why not tell about this before ? Why did I do appointment 2 weeks before and still need to wait?! For people who respecting thete time, not recommended at all!
