a month agoThank you so much, Ibrahim Ahmed! During our trip, my friend had a splinter stuck in her finger, and we really needed help. One of the staff introduced us to Ibrahim Ahmed, who removed the splinter for free. We appreciate Ibrahim and his colleagues' kindness and generosity. They are extremely sincere, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended! We are four Chinese tourists traveling in Hurghada. One of us had accidentally injured her finger, with a splinter embedded in her skin that we couldn't remove. Ibrahim Ahmed and several of his colleagues helped us remove the foreign object free of charge. They were incredibly sincere, kind, and generous in their help. We truly experienced the brilliance of humanity in Egypt!

a month agoDo not go to this hospital!I injured my ear while diving and went to this hospital because I was in severe pain. I was told it would cost €200 to examine my ears before anyone even knew what I had. When I was in the doctor’s office, he didn’t even know how to turn on the device used to examine ears. The nurse had to show him. Unfortunately, the doctor didn’t speak good English and I don’t speak good Arabic, so communication was very difficult. After looking into my ear with a camera for one minute, his diagnosis was: middle ear infection.I was prescribed antibiotics, nasal drops, and painkillers, and they charged €75 for that.In total, I paid €275 for 5 minutes and some inexpensive medication. After returning to Germany, I got examined again. The doctor assured me that I do not have a middle ear infection, but rather a barotrauma, which heals on its own over time.COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL RIP-OFF.

2 months agoDO NOT go to this hospital! Please DO NOT let your hotel take you here either. The hospital belongs to the Red Sea Group, which also owns several hotels in Hurghada and the surrounding area (e.g., Makadi Bay). My father was taken to this hospital by the hotel for this reason. They make money at the expense of health! We experienced everything from false medical reports and withholding information from the insurance company to extortion. It was the worst time of our lives. Hygiene is completely disregarded. The conditions are catastrophic, beyond words. The noise level in the hallways and rooms is like a train station. You leave here sicker than when you arrived. When we tried to leave the hospital, we were subjected to emotional pressure. I strongly advise you to avoid this hospital! We are just glad our father survived.

3 months ago2024. During our July vacation, one of my grandchildren had to go to the hospital for a few hours. Everyone welcomed us very kindly and took care of my grandson with devotion. I would like to thank Ahmed Koshar who arranged the insurance matters, who took care of us and paid attention to us. We have maintained a good relationship since then and we have gained a good friend. ❤️❤️❤️
