I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness I encountered during what was, for me, a very difficult moment.In August, while I was staying in Sharm El-Sheikh, I suddenly experienced a serious issue that left me unable to walk. I initially sought assistance at the Sinai Clinic in Hadaba, where the medical staff promptly advised me to undergo an urgent MRI scan. I was then referred to Sharm El-Sheikh International Hospital.I arrived at the hospital late in the evening, around 11:00 PM, understandably concerned about the situation and the timing. However, from the very first moment, I was met with exceptional care. At the reception, Mr. Hawary took immediate responsibility for my case. His professionalism and empathy were truly remarkable.Despite the late hour, he ensured that I could undergo the MRI scan as quickly as possible. Within just a couple of hours, the examination was completed, and I was provided with the printed images. What impressed me even more was his understanding of my situation: I had an appointment with an orthopedic specialist at Sinai Clinic the following evening and urgently needed the report.Thanks to Mr. Hawary’s dedication and willingness to go above and beyond, I received the MRI report promptly the next morning, allowing me to continue my medical care without delay.I would like to emphasize how reassuring and valuable this level of service is, especially for international patients who may feel vulnerable in a foreign country. The efficiency, organization, and human kindness demonstrated by your healthcare professionals made a significant difference in my experience.

In March 2026, while staying at the hotel, I had an accident and was taken to this hospital with an injured leg. The staff immediately provided assistance and performed all the necessary procedures. I would like to especially mention Ahmed Hawary, an employee who helped me with all my questions at the hospital and beyond.

Due to a fall, I was rushed to this hospital, where I underwent several hours of surgery for a compound fracture resulting from a broken humerus. I placed my trust in the medical team, who did an excellent job. The doctors, nurses, and all the hospital staff were impeccably professional and kind. I hope with this testimony, I've demonstrated that we should often try to put aside useless, sterile prejudices. A huge thank you to all the staff!
