a week agoWe've been guests at the Steigenberger Makadi for years. We've always enjoyed our stay, but the service, in particular, has improved significantly. The staff have always been well-trained and friendly, but now they truly stand out. Every single employee is helpful, courteous, considerate, and highly competent in their own unique way. The cheerful and collegial atmosphere among the staff is quite contagious, making us feel even more at ease. We'll gladly return, even though the rooms are starting to show their age. Everything else is top-notch.
