in the last weekNice, sophisticated hotel, nice, polite, helpful staff. The garden was well-kept, the beach was a bit crowded. The food was tasty, delicate, the cutlery was clean. Our room was in impeccable condition, new furniture, bedding. The bathroom was newly tiled, clean. The cleaning was also adequate.

in the last weekThe staff are extremely rude, there's no hygiene whatsoever, the pools don't have a circulation system and plastic cups are floating in the water. All the drinks are hot, we couldn't even find cold water. We arrived at the hotel early because of our flight, they said we could use the hotel but they didn't give us a towel card or anything. The breakfast is very poor, with very few options. Not even a single song is played by the pool. Don't come here, it's a waste of your money.
