White Desert Camp

Very disappointing experience. We specifically requested rooms with air conditioning, yet when we arrived, the air conditioning was not working properly in half of the rooms. We were moved to other rooms, but unfortunately the same problem remained. The bathrooms also smelled unpleasant, and overall the accommodation was dirty and poorly maintained. There was also an issue with the price. Initially, we were quoted the same rates published on their website, but later they tried to charge us more than those officially advertised prices. In one of the rooms, the key broke while trying to open the door, and despite all the problems we had already experienced, we were charged for this as well. However, the most disappointing part was the way the situation was handled. Problems can happen anywhere, but what makes the difference is how they are dealt with. Instead of acknowledging the issues and making a genuine effort to compensate for them or make our stay more comfortable, the attitude was distant and unhelpful. Overall, the condition of the accommodation and the way the problems were managed were far below what we expected. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on our experience.

It was the worst experience ever nothing are right we got a price and after that the price has changed several times. The food wasn't as expected nothing we asked for we got. No ac. used sheets used towels no soap in the bathrooms. Don't recommend at all.
